You may use the site and services only for lawful purposes. Users are to adhere to the guidelines of acceptable use.

You cannot use Navihi for the following:

• Don't procure or transmit advertising or promotional material or other similar solicitation;

• Do not impersonate or attempt to impersonate Navihi, subsidiaries, or parent companies, any employee, another user, or entity;

And for the safety and well-being of yourself, others, and business, you agree not to:

• Do not use the website in a manner that would disable, overburden, damage, or impair the site or interfere with visitors and users of the site, including their ability to access the site and engage in services;

• Do not use any device, software, or routine to interfere with the site's functionality and safety using viruses, trojan horses, logic bombs, or other material used for malicious or technical harm;

• Do not use a manual process or a robot, spider, or other automatic devices, process, or means to access the site to copy or monitor material for any unauthorized purpose;

• Do not attempt to interfere or gain unauthorized access to damage or disrupt the site, its server on which is stored, databases, servers, and computers connected to the site;

• Do not attack the site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.

User-Generated Content

When submitting reviews or site feedback, do not post content that:

1. Engages in, encourages, promotes, or celebrates unlawful violence or physical harm to property or persons, violence towards any group based on origin, race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other immutable characteristic.

2. Content that is deceptive, predatory, or unfair similar to marketing or telemarketing, consulting, lending, or credit repair and counseling, occult material, services including remote technical support, door-to-door sales, adoption agencies, credit card and identity theft, currency exchange, debt collection, game console modification, weight loss, or investment material, pyramid schemes, get-rich-quick methods, misleading content and opportunities that promise high rewards with little upfront work or effort, fake or deceptive testimonials, upselling with unrealistic incentives or rewards to induce a purchase.

At Navihi's discretion, we will remove user-generated content that does not adhere to our Acceptable Use Policy.
