Shipping Policy
Order Status
After order placement, we send a confirmation summary to the email you gave us at checkout. You'll continue to get updates like tracking information, shipping notifications, and other updates that may affect your order until delivery.
Order Confirmation
You get a confirmation email after each purchase. It contains your order summary, billing and shipping information, and resources.
Shipping Notifications
When an order is ready for shipment, you get notified by email with shipment information like the carrier name, estimated delivery date, and tracking number. Once an order ships, we cannot change the shipping address.
Delivery Status
We mark orders complete when it's updated as Delivered by the carrier. If you don't get your order and tracking information determines they made the delivery, they may have left it in a peculiar place nearby.
Check your surroundings or contact the shipping carrier and ask where they made the delivery. You may have to provide them with your tracking number and delivery address.
If your order gets taken by porch pirates or goes missing, contact your local authority to file a report. Navihi doesn't replace or refund stolen/missing orders marked delivered to addresses you provide.
Delivery Options
Navihi is a global retailer with shipping exclusions to countries and regions due to legal country and region restrictions and shipping limitations. We don't ship to all PO Boxes.
Smart Shipping
Some products use an advanced algorithm that automatically partners with a shipping carrier, so you get your order fast. Since we do this for you, you can't change the type of shipping method.
Standard Shipping
Products exclusively shipping from Hawaii may require your input for the shipping method. They might ship separately because of their packaging.
Delivery Date
We calculate the sum of the estimated fulfillment and shipping time to get the estimated delivery date. It's an estimate, not a guarantee.
Custom Fees
Shipments outside the USA may incur customs/duties fees depending on the destination. Any fees are paid to the appropriate customs agency by the end customer.
Attempted Delivery
If the carrier is unable to make delivery, either because you're not home or is unable to do it safely, they may attempt the following:
attempt delivery on the next available business day;
leave a Delivery Notice to inform you about the delivery attempt;
instruct you to call the number on the notice or visit in person to pick up your parcel; or
return your order to Navihi.
Return to Sender
If there is an undeliverable address, the shipping carrier will return your order to Navihi. In other situations, orders may go unclaimed at customs, or you reject the parcel upon delivery.
We may contact you by email to discuss a solution:
provide an updated address, and at your expense, have the order shipped again
initiate a refund
Excluded Destinations
There are specific countries and regions that Navihi can't ship to because of country-set restrictions or shipping limitations. If you reside in one of these areas, we won't be able to provide service.
Exclusions relate to:
restrictions on product materials and ingredients
hazardous materials
product documentation under review for country or region approval
payment processor and logistics limitations
the inability to safeguard products
rules and regulations required by law
country or region turmoil preventing safe conditions for our workforce or partners
an act of war
Exclusions include Belarus, Cuba, Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Ecuador, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, & The Gaza Strip region in Palestine.
In addition, Navihi is limited to shipping international orders to the following countries or regions of these countries: Afghanistan, Greece, Israel, Italy, Laos, Macao, Mexico, Myanmar, Niue, Sudan, Ukraine, & Yemen.
PO Boxes
We don’t ship to all PO Box addresses. If your PO Box cannot accommodate the dimensions of the order, the shipping carrier, at their discretion, may reroute your parcel to be picked up at a local pick-up facility or sent back to Navihi. We suggest using a physical address instead of a PO Box.
You can always contact us to verify if your address is an acceptable shipping destination.
Carrier Options
Signature
Individual carriers, at their discretion, may require a signature before delivery.
Pick Up at Local Carrier Facility
Shipping carriers may provide pick-up options. You might need identification when visiting, such as:
government ID (state ID, driver's license, passport) matches the name and address of the parcel;
the Delivery Notice, if provided one; or
order confirmation or shipping email.
