Your Account
Accounts are optional, free and use a valid email address. You can manage your shopping bag, order information, buying history, and track orders. Save a payment method and shipping address and get a faster checkout experience.
Create an Account
You can create an account using the Login link at the top of any page, or if you're on mobile, by tapping “+" and selecting login. You can also create an account at checkout by choosing "Create an account for faster checkout" and choosing a password using at least ten characters.
Saved Card Payment
Your payment details are encrypted, safeguarded, and not stored on the site.
Guest Checkout
If you're not signed in or don't have an account, you can shop and checkout as a guest. You'll have to manually add your payment and shipping details each time you purchase unless you use payment services like Apple Pay that save your information.
In-Person Sales
Purchases made in person don't require an account or for you to sign in.
Managing Your Account
You can access your account by visiting any site page and finding the Login link at the top. When signed in, the link will change to "My Account" to indicate your account is in session.
Use your account to:
add or update billing information;
update your name and password;
add or update shipping addresses;
view and track orders;
review donations; and
manage subscriptions & memberships.
To change the shipping address for your subscriptions, you need to cancel your current subscription and resubscribe using your updated shipping details. You're in control of this information, so Navihi can't do this for you.
Reset a Password
If you forget your password, reset it with the Login link and choose "Forgot password?" to send yourself a password reset email. This link expires after 24 hours.
Account Email Address
Navihi accounts are unique to every email address. If you want to update the associated email address, you can do so while signed into your account.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions require customer accounts with saved billing information. If you don't have one, you'll get prompted to create one at checkout.
Remove Account
Tell us to remove your account. You can do this at any time.
