About System Emails

System emails are automated emails sent when you interact with services like making an online or in-person purchase, creating an account, contacting us, or asking us to email you when products are back in stock. Some system emails provide important correspondence of receipts, refunds, memberships, or subscriptions.

You cannot unsubscribe from system emails because they are functional components of the services offered. If you don't want any emails from Navihi, do not participate in our services.

Types of System Emails

General Orders and Donations
Most services utilize the following emails tailored to the category of service you use, whether making or completing a purchase, either for a product, subscription, membership, or donating.

  • emails including billing and shipping information customers enter at checkout that may contain a tracking number

  • digital downloads

  • receipts, refunds, payment declined

  • ordered products no longer available

  • donation confirmation

Point of Sale
If a printed receipt isn't available in person or you opted for one to get emailed instead. POS refund receipts always get emailed.

Customer Engagement
With your permission, you can tell us to notify you by email if a product is unavailable and you join its waitlist. We disabled abandoned cart emails by default because we consider this marketing technique as spam.

Customer Account
When creating an account, you'll receive an onboarding email and verification email to complete the process. You can retrieve emails to reset or update your password at any time.

Gift Card
If you're the recipient of a gift card, you'll receive an email with a unique code you can use at checkout, which applies the gift card value to your order total as a form of payment.

Product Reviews
We like to get feedback about how we're doing. While automated, you won't receive this email until 14 days after your order gets fulfilled. It's completely optional to participate.

Subscriptions are recurring payment plans for specific services. If you subscribe, you'll receive these types of emails.

Memberships
Memberships can be one-time purchases or a recurring payment plan to specific services and areas of the website available only to members. If you become a member, you'll receive these types of emails.

Third-Party Emails

Trusted third parties may introduce email correspondence if you participate in their service. Navihi does not control these types of email correspondence, so it's your responsibility to manage these settings with the third party.

Afterpay
If you choose Afterpay as the payment method, you may receive emails from Afterpay about your eligibility, agreements, and payment plan according to your settings.

Mailing List Email

You can join the mailing list to receive additional updates and promotions from Navihi. It's optional to join, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
