Pay with Card

Navihi gets authorization to charge your chosen payment method when you submit orders online or when orders are shipped. You may see a pending charge on your account after order placement.

Account Verification
Avoid delays with your order by ensuring the billing address matches the information on your card. If you have questions, contact your card-issuing bank using the 800 number on the back of your card.

Security Codes
Printed on the front or back of your card are three or four-digit numbers used to provide an additional layer of security when making purchases.

Spending Limits for Debit Cards
Some cards have daily spending limits administered by some card-issuing banks that could delay the order process, even if you have sufficient money in your account. Contact your card-issuing bank for information about any spending limits you may have.

Navihi Gift Card

Navihi gift cards are digital cards received as an email to make purchases online at navihi.com. As the recipient, you can redeem the value on the card using the unique code included in the email at checkout.

The entire value applies to your total, including applicable tax and shipping. If it doesn't cover the whole amount, you can choose another form of payment to complete the transaction.

If the card has a remaining balance, you can use it for a future purchase.

Apple Pay

Apple Pay provides a quick and secure payment option without manually entering shipping and billing information. It's available if you set up Apple Pay on an eligible device and can be used to purchase physical products.

You can't use Apple Pay to purchase digital or service products, subscriptions, or memberships to member areas of the site.

PayPal

To use PayPal as a form of payment, you must have a Personal or Business PayPal account. PayPal Payments Pro isn't supported. At checkout, you'll get prompted to log in or, if you don't have one, to create one. PayPal will redirect you to their site to complete the payment process and return you to navihi.com once complete.

Venmo

Venmo is available if you're on mobile, using a supported mobile browser, and enabled web purchases in the Venmo app.

After clicking "Continue with PayPal" you'll have the option to Pay with PayPal or Pay with Venmo.

Afterpay

Afterpay is available to pay for physical products in four installments with zero percent interest over eight weeks.

At checkout, choose Afterpay. You'll get redirected to Afterpay's website. Sign into your account or create one. Accept the terms and payment plan to finish the transaction, and you'll return to navihi.com once complete.

Eligibility depends on the credit and spending limit managed by Afterpay and the country or region you reside.

You can't use Afterpay to purchase digital and service products or subscriptions. In-app browsers like Instagram or X don't support Afterpay functionality.

Tax, VAT, GST

Any tax collected will show in your Order Summary at checkout.

Sales Tax Rate
Navihi collects sales tax where required by applicable law. This tax is calculated based on your shipping address (or billing address for digital products.) The order total adjusts to reflect any applicable tax included.

VAT
Value-Added Tax, or VAT, is a tax on goods and services for residents in the European Union, United Kingdom, and other countries. Rates range depending on the country and get collected at checkout if applicable.

GST
The Goods and Services Tax, or GST, is a value-added tax (VAT) to relevant consumers at the time of sale. It's collected at checkout if applicable.

GET
General Excise Tax, or GET, is a different type of tax in Hawaii assessed on all businesses. Hawaii does not have a sales tax, but instead, GET. It's collected at checkout if applicable.
