How to Return

Submit a claim form and use the instructions provided to prepare your eligible return. After review, acceptance, and approval for a return, we issue a refund or replacement.

We may require photos and evidence to investigate the issue before a return approval.

  • Eligible Returns

    1. Misprinted items that have typographical errors, or you received something you didn’t order;

    2. Damaged products that arrive with significant ruin due to shipping. They can't provide their general purpose or usefulness out of the box;

    3. Defective items arrive with manufacturing errors caused by humans or machines. It cannot provide their general purpose or usefulness.

    Unacceptable Returns

    We don’t accept damaged and defective orders caused by the customer, without original and complete packaging, undergarments, face masks, or products not returned in their original condition.

Exchanges

You can make an exchange for eligible products with the understanding and agreement:

  1. Navihi doesn't mass-produce products, so expect fulfillment time added to the exchange process.

  2. You're responsible for shipping exchange charges unless we are in error.

Exceptions

If your reason for the exchange is due to a company error, the item’s shipping charge will be waived and replaced if production allows or refunded.

Gift Card

Refunds are issued only for unredeemed cards, and funds are returned to the original payment method. Learn more about Navihi Gift Cards.

Lost in Transit

We investigate lost orders using tracking information and shipping carrier GPS coordinates to locate and determine whether an order gets delivered or lost by the carrier. An order lost but marked delivered to the specified address isn't eligible for a replacement or refund. Contact the shipping carrier before submitting a claim.

Wrong Address

We don't replace or refund orders if you provide an incorrect shipping address. You are responsible for all reshipment costs when you confirm an updated address. We are unable to change shipping addresses once orders leave our facility.

Return to Sender

If there is an undeliverable address, the shipping carrier will return your order to Navihi. In other situations, you refuse the order upon delivery, or orders go unclaimed at customs or pickup locations.

We may contact you to discuss a solution:

  • Provide an updated address, and at your expense, have the order shipped again

  • Initiate a refund

Unclaimed Orders

Any orders that go unclaimed get returned to Navihi. And after the claiming period of 14 days, orders get donated to charity.
