Shipping Method
The time it takes to ship orders reflects business days and is an estimate, not a guarantee. If you're ordering personalized or popular items, you might experience more process and delivery time.
Part of your order may ship separately because of special handling requirements, shipping methods, or because of the way they get packaged.
Smart Shipping
Navihi uses an advanced shipping algorithm to pair a shipping carrier to deliver your order efficiently and promptly while being mindful of reducing our transit carbon footprint. We use the term ‘smart shipping’ to describe this feature.
As an automated process, you can't change the type of shipping or the carrier used.

Standard Shipping
Some products ship exclusively from Hawaii and default to USPS (United States Postal Service) Ground Advantage Service. You can choose USPS Priority Mail or a variation of the two, if available. Since these products directly come from Hawaii, transit may not be as fast as orders using Smart Shipping.

International orders will either use a form of Smart Shipping, Standard Shipping, or a combination of both.
Calculated Shipping
Shipping is calculated from any applicable product at checkout and displays the total. You only get charged for products that require a shipping fee.
Shipping Carrier Overages
Shipping overages get returned to your original form of payment.
Shipping Carriers
Navihi partners with shipping carriers like the United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx, UPS, and where available, DPD, Latvia’s Pasts, Asendia, and DHL.
Shipping Regions
Navihi ships worldwide, excluding countries and regions with legal restrictions and shipping limitations. Some products may not be available for shipment to your country or region and will reflect this at checkout.
Military & Diplomatic Mail
You can ship items to U.S. military personnel and those stationed abroad. If you're shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, you will need the following information:
recipient's full name, rank, unit, and box number;
APO/FPO/DPO address;
nine-digit ZIP code
You must address these shipments to a specific person as 'Any Service Member' is not permitted. Prevent mail from entering foreign mail networks by not including city or country names in APO/FPO/DPO shipping addresses.
Deliveries can take three to eight weeks (or more), depending on the destination. Tracking information may not be available or stop updating before the final destination.

Exclusions
There are specific countries and regions that Navihi can't ship to because of country-set restrictions or shipping limitations. If you reside in one of these areas, we won't be able to provide service.
Exclusions relate to:
restrictions on product materials and ingredients
hazardous materials
product documentation under review for country or region approval
payment processor and logistics limitations
the inability to safeguard products
rules and regulations required by law
country or region turmoil preventing safe conditions for our workforce or partners
an act of war
View excluded destinations.
PO Boxes
We don’t ship to all PO Box addresses. If your PO Box cannot accommodate the dimensions of the order, the shipping carrier, at their discretion, may reroute your parcel to be picked up at a local pick-up facility or sent back to Navihi. We suggest using a physical address instead of a PO Box.
You can always contact us to verify if your address is an acceptable shipping destination.
Notifications
For every successful order, we send information to the email address you provided to communicate the order and shipping status, including any updates applicable to your order. These arrive as different emails for each process detailed below.
Order Confirmation
The order confirmation email validates that you successfully placed an order with Navihi. It contains a summary of the items in your order, applicable taxes, and shipping, the payment method used, and shipping details. This email is your receipt.
Shipping Notification
The shipping notification email informs you when your order is preparing to leave our warehouse and is on its way to you. It includes the shipping service, tracking number (if eligible), and the courier's estimated delivery date.
Use Find My Order to locate a shipment.
Delivery
Some carriers have additional delivery or pick-up options. You can visit their website and adjust your delivery settings or choose to collect the order at an available location. Navihi delivers to the address specified. If you change this address, you may incur fees from the shipping carrier.
Delivery Attempts
At delivery, the courier checks your order for collection requirements like a signature, a verbal response from you, or to leave it at the address. At their discretion, if you're unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may do one of the following:
attempt a later date to deliver your order;
leave a notice informing you that you can pick up the parcel at a nearby facility or instruct you to schedule another delivery date;
leave your package in your mailbox or at your door if a signature isn't required; or
at their discretion, deliver your order to someone else at the address.
Undeliverable
If the courier makes multiple attempts and can't do it safely or you're unavailable to accept delivery, they may return your order to Navihi.
Return to Sender
If you refuse the order upon delivery or are deemed unclaimed at customs or pick-up locations, your order will return to Navihi.
We may contact you to discuss a solution:
Provide an updated address, and at your expense, have the order shipped again; or
Initiate a refund
If your order is refunded, the original shipping gets charged, and the balance is returned to your original payment method.
Unclaimed Orders
Any orders that go unclaimed get returned to Navihi. And after the claiming period of 14 days, orders get donated to charity.
