• Do not impersonate or attempt to impersonate Navihi, subsidiaries, parent companies, any employee, another user, or entity;

And for the safety and well-being of yourself, others, and business, you agree not to:

• Do not use the website in a manner that would disable, overburden, damage, or impair the site or interfere with visitors and users of the site, including their ability to access the site and engage in services;

• Do not use any device, software, or routine to interfere with the site's functionality and safety using viruses, trojan horses, logic bombs, or other material used for malicious or technical harm;

• Do not use a manual process or a robot, spider, or other automatic devices, process, or means to access the site to copy or monitor material for any unauthorized purpose;

• Do not attempt to interfere or gain unauthorized access to damage or disrupt the site, its server on which is stored, databases, servers, and computers connected to the site;

User-Generated Content

When submitting reviews or site feedback, do not post content that:

1. Engages in, encourages, promotes, or celebrates unlawful violence or physical harm to property or persons, violence towards any group based on origin, race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other immutable characteristic.

2. Content that is deceptive, predatory, or unfair similar to marketing or telemarketing, consulting, lending, or credit repair and counseling, occult material, services including remote technical support, door-to-door sales, adoption agencies, credit card and identity theft, currency exchange, debt collection, game console modification, weight loss, or investment material, pyramid schemes, get-rich-quick methods, misleading content and opportunities that promise high rewards with little upfront work or effort, fake or deceptive testimonials, upselling with unrealistic incentives or rewards to induce a purchase.

At Navihi's discretion, we will remove user-generated content that does not adhere to our Acceptable Use Policy.

Payment and Billing

Navihi uses Stripe; an encrypted third-party service integrated to handle payments and billing. Your payment details are not stored on the site. We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, JCP, and Diner's Club. We offer other payment methods like Apple Pay, PayPal, Venmo, and Afterpay, governed by their terms and policies.

Customer Accounts

Customers can make purchases without creating or logging into an account. In-person sales also do not require an account. Customer accounts are free and require a valid email address.

Guest Checkout

If you're not signed in or don't have an account, you can shop and checkout as a guest. You'll have to manually add your payment and shipping details each time you purchase unless you use payment services like Apple Pay that save your information.

In-Person Sales

Purchases made in person don't require an account or for you to sign in.

Account Email Address

Navihi accounts are unique to every email address. If you want to update the associated email address, you will need to create a new account using your updated email address.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate the access of any visitor without notice, discretion, or liability. If you no longer agree to these terms, you must cease accessing and using the site, services, and features. Your continued use indicates your agreement with our terms and applicable policies.

Removing an Account

Contact us to remove your account. Any information saved will get deleted and won't be recoverable. You can do this at any time.

Disclaimer

The information provided on our website and the current state of our services is offered "as is" and "as available", without any expressed or implied warranties unless otherwise specified in writing and to the extent permissible by law. By using our services, you agree that you are solely responsible for any risks that may arise from your use.
