Gift Card Policy

Purchasing

Gift cards are unique digital codes sent to the recipient's email address. The card has no expiration date, and the value applies to the order total, including tax, shipping, and transaction fees.

When you purchase a gift card, you get redirected to checkout. We don't offer bulk card purchases or the ability to buy a card with other products.

Purchasing a Gift Card

  1. Add a gift card to checkout

  2. Choose a delivery method

    1. Email to Recipient

      Send a gift card to someone else

    2. Email to You

      Send the gift card to yourself

  3. Enter appropriate details and click Purchase

  4. The gift card gets delivered to the recipient's email

Add a Message
Adding a message to the recipient's gift card is optional, but be respectful of the content you send. Navihi may edit or remove objectionable content.

Eligible Products
Use the card for physical, digital, service products, and memberships to member areas with one-time membership fees.

Ineligible Products
You can't use gift cards for subscription products or membership areas with recurring membership fees.

Tax
Purchasing a gift card isn't taxable, but store tax applies to any order made with a gift card.

Redemption

Recipients of gift cards get an email with their unique digital code that they enter at checkout to redeem the card value. The entire gift card is applied first before you choose another payment method.

Returns

Canceling a Gift Card
If you send a gift card but decide to cancel, you have three calendar days from purchase to notify us. If the recipient does not use the gift card within this period, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method. The recipient will be notified that you canceled the gift card.

Partially Used Cards
We don't refund a card if the balance was used.

Support

Checking your balance
The gift card email sent to the recipient shows the balance. You can also enter the gift card code at checkout to see any remaining balance.

Multiple payments with a gift card
If the checkout total exceeds the card value, you can pay the remainder with another payment method or use more gift cards. The entire gift card is always applied first.

Sale Pricing and Discounts
Store discounts and sale pricing won't apply to purchasing gift cards but will apply if you use a gift card as payment.
