  • The Order Confirmation email sent after a purchase is your receipt. Keep this for your records and if you contact us.

  • That’s your order slip. It verifies the contents and package we sent. Keep it with your receipt.

SHIP

  • Depends. Some items ship free, while others require paid shipping at checkout. Reference the Shipping Guide.

  • Worldwide, excluding the countries and regions with legal restrictions and shipping limitations. Reference exclusions in our Shipping Guide.

  • If your items don’t require special handling or fulfillment, we estimate your order to arrive within 3-5 days, and up to two weeks or more for international orders.

SEND

  • If the items meet our return policy and are paid by a Navihi gift card, then yes.

  • Depends. Unused, unopened merchandise eligible for exchange can be sent for in-store credit or the credit applied to a new purchase. Made-to-order items cannot be exchanged.

  • Visit Returns and prepare your eligible products with the instructions we sent.

  • We immediately process your refund after we approve your return, but it may take your payment processor some time to accept our refund request.
