Eligible Returns

Submit a Claim within 30 days after the delivery date

  • Misprinted items that have typographical errors, or you received something you didn’t order;

  • Damaged products that arrive with significant ruin due to shipping. They can't provide their general purpose or usefulness out of the box;

  • Defective items arrive with manufacturing errors caused by humans or machines. It cannot provide their general purpose or usefulness.

We may require photo and video evidence to investigate the issue before a return is approved.

Navihi Gift Card

Refunds are issued only for unredeemed cards

Exchanges

File a claim within 14 days after the delivery date

You are responsible for sending and receiving shipping charges. In effect, for hygiene and health protection, you can't exchange sealed goods, undergarments, or face masks.

Lost in Transit

File a claim within 24 days after the estimated delivery date

We investigate lost orders using tracking information and shipping carrier GPS coordinates to locate and determine whether an order gets delivered or lost by the carrier. An order lost but marked delivered to the specified address isn’t eligible for a refund. Contact the shipping carrier before submitting a claim.

Ineligible Returns

We don’t accept damaged and defective orders caused by the customer, without original and complete packaging, undergarments, face masks, or products not returned in their original condition.

Wrong Address

We don't replace or refund orders if you provide an incorrect shipping address. You are responsible for all reshipment costs when you confirm an updated address. We are unable to change shipping addresses once orders leave our facility.

Return to Sender

If there is an undeliverable address, the shipping carrier will return your order to Navihi. In other situations, you refuse the order upon delivery, or orders go unclaimed at customs or pickup locations.

We may contact you to discuss a solution:

  • Provide an updated address, and at your expense, have the order shipped again

  • Initiate a refund

Unclaimed Orders

Any orders that go unclaimed get returned to Navihi. And after the claiming period of 14 days, orders get donated to charity.

Buyer’s Remorse

Returns aren't accepted if you change your mind. Our made-to-order and sustainable methods help us reduce waste and lower our climate impact. If you're unsure about a product, reference the product page and its size guide, or contact us to discuss if it's a keeper.

Exceptions

Navihi may honor specific cases in which a return gets accepted. These anomalies are rare and stem from uncontrollable forces. We are not obligated to make exceptions and reserve the right to refuse returns at our discretion.
