SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We ship to the United States, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and internationally, excluding restricted countries and regions.

EXCLUDED COUNTRIES AND REGIONS

Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, The Crimea region of Ukraine, and the Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republic in Ukraine.

SHIPPING METHODS AND CARRIERS

Orders ship via standard, expedited, or express delivery through major carriers, including USPS and UPS, FedEx, DHL, Canada Post, Australia Post, and Royal Mail. Carrier selection may vary based on destination and shipping method.

Shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on the selected method and destination.

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Made-to-order and luxury items may require additional time, as noted on the product page.

Domestic Destinations

  • Standard: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited: 2–5 business days
  • Express: 1–3 business days

International Destinations

1–3 weeks


Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or peak seasons. Delivery dates are estimates, not a guarantee.

ORDER TRACKING

All Navihi orders include tracking information. You can monitor the delivery status and manage all order history directly from your customer account. Carrier hand-offs can temporarily delay tracking or become unavailable when packages move internationally.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you are responsible for reshipping fees. Confirm your address is accurate at checkout to avoid delays.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Contact us within 24 days after the estimated delivery date to initiate an investigation. If the tracking shows your package was delivered to the provided address on file, but you cannot locate it, we cannot reimburse or dispatch a replacement.

  • Check common drop-off areas like porches, mailrooms, or back doors.
  • Verify with neighbors or anyone at the delivery destination if they accepted the package in your absence.
  • Contact your carrier for further details or assistance.
  • Report potential theft to local authorities if you suspect it was taken by porch pirates.

Our product packaging is thoughtfully designed with sustainability in mind:

  • Recycled Materials: Sourced from post-consumer and post-industrial debris, avoiding reliance on virgin materials.
  • Minimized Waste: Simple, functional packaging to minimize environmental impact.
  • Conscious Choices: Thoughtfully packaged in glass, reusable vessels, metal containers, and fabric bags.
  • Selective Use of Polypropylene: When protection is essential—such as for freshness and hygienic seals, oversized or delicate items, and liquids—polypropylene is used sparingly.

RETURNS RELATED TO SHIPPING

Prepaid return labels are available for eligible returns, with the cost deducted from your refund. You can provide a label, but we recommend selecting a service with tracking and insurance, as Navihi is not responsible for undelivered returns.

  • The prepaid label covers the weight and destination of the original shipment.
  • Additional charges may apply if you use a different box or packing materials.
  • Labels are GPS-tracked; do not include items from other orders, as they will not be refunded.

If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we waive the shipping label fee.
