Order Status
If you have a Navihi account, log in to see the status of your order, including other helpful information like order history, shipping, and billing information.
During transit, orders get processed through the carrier's shipment system. At different steps, employees and machinery monitor your parcel with tracking updates. Not all stages scan your order, so it's normal to see gaps in tracking history.

When will I receive my order?
After the order payment, we begin fulfilling your order. To get the estimated delivery date, we do the following:
Collect Payment: The time we receive and process your payment, usually within seconds.
Fulfillment: The estimated time to manufacture and prepare your order for shipment handover.
Shipping: The estimated duration a carrier transports your order from our warehouse to your delivery address.
Estimated Delivery Date: The date the order arrives gets based on the carrier's estimated delivery.
How do I know my order was accepted?
An order is successful if you get transferred to the order confirmation page and receive the order confirmation email delivered to the email address you provided at checkout. This email is your receipt and validates a successful transaction.
Can I change my order?
Navihi can update some order details if the order is still processing and has not entered fulfillment. While not a guarantee, you can ask us to update your delivery address or cancel the entire order.
Cancellations
If your order has not entered fulfillment, you can request to cancel it by contacting us. Do this as soon as possible.
More Information
I did not receive my order confirmation or shipment notification email.
Be sure the email address on your order is correct and that your email provider did not direct it to a spam folder. You can also contact us to send these emails to you again.
What happens if Navihi needs to make changes to my order?
We'll contact you with your provided email address to communicate stock constraints, delays, changes, or items that are no longer available. We'll do our best to inform you as soon as possible.
