About Membership & Subscriptions
We define memberships and subscriptions as goods or services you purchase regularly. Occasionally, we offer one-time fees for both.
Recurring Payments
If you subscribe or join a membership with recurring payments, you're charged automatically on your renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
Monthly
Monthly subscriptions renew at the same time and day of each month. If your subscription starts on the 29th, 30th, or 31st, the renewal date will change if a month does not have a corresponding date.
Weekly
Weekly subscriptions renew at the same time and day each week. This charge might appear a day or two after the renewal date, depending on your bank or payment method.
One-Time Purchase
If you purchase a one-time fee for a membership or a predetermined subscription (a set timeframe to receive a product or service), you're charged once at the beginning.
Managing Subscriptions
Sign in to your account and choose My Account > Subscriptions.
You’ll find all your subscriptions in this section. You can review details, including:
the next order date
product price (excluding shipping and taxes)
subscription frequency
order history
saved billing and shipping information
If your subscription has a predetermined number of renewals, you'll also get details of the number of payments left in a subscription.
To update your payment information or change your billing address, choose Payment Method, then Add New Payment Method.
To change the subscription shipping address, you must cancel the current subscription and resubscribe using different shipping details.
To cancel a subscription, choose Cancel Subscription.
Cancel a Subscription
You can end your subscription at any time using your customer account or by contacting us to do it for you. Upon cancellation, you'll get a confirmation email. Canceling a subscription doesn't automatically cancel the most recent order (if it is already fulfilled or in transit. In this case, the cancellation goes into effect after).
Payments
You can't buy recurring memberships or subscriptions using PayPal, Apple Pay, or the Navihi Gift Card. However, you can purchase one-time fee memberships and subscriptions using these payment methods.
Failed Payments
If your payment method fails during renewal, you get an email notification with a link to update your billing information. The charge is attempted again after five days, then for a final time five days after. If your payment fails for a third time, your subscription gets canceled, followed by an email notification.
